I have been watching beginner 3dsmax 2k9 tutorials all day, and after modeling a really crappy dinosaur ridiculously slowly, I decided to draw a girl with no background... NEKKID (big surprise for me).
The plus side is, there are probably more things I like about Max than Maya, but that will probably change in a month or so... oh wait... school starts in less than that.

ughhh.... but have you tried a place like starbucks?
It's just a fucking food service job... I'm pretty depressed about that.
